Sanitization Services

According to the cdc.gov website, COVID-19 cannot live in a properly sanitized pool. Now is best time to heat the pool and enjoy time spent at home with your family — and we can help! Our team has extensive knowledge and experience with implementing the most effective pool and spa sanitation methods including salt chlorine generators and ultraviolet pool sanitizers. 

Appointments & COVID-19

At Pool Heat Pros, the safety and health of both our customers and employees is a top priority. We take pride in demonstrating a respectful and safe approach for residential on-site appointments, and we know that this is more important than ever right now. We want to ensure that you are comfortable with having our professionals come to your home for sanitization, diagnostic, install or repair work as needed. However, many consultations such as system or parts recommendations can be provided via phone or virtual appointments.

Safety Precautions

The Pool Heat Pros team will:

 

  • Use hand sanitizer at every stop prior to entering the property.
  • Practice appropriate social distancing and refrain from shaking hands.
  • Put on disposable booties if entering the residence is requested or needed.
  • Wear gloves and/or face masks if you would like this precaution and request it prior to the appointment.

 

Health Concerns

We will work with you to reschedule diagnostic, repair or install appointments if anyone in your home is (a) not feeling well, exhibiting a cough, has a fever, cold or flu-like symptoms; (b) has returned within the last 14 days from a cruise or a CDC-designated level 3 country with US entry restrictions; or (c) has been in close contact with any individual confirmed to be infected with COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
